Privacy Policy

Learn Great Management Ltd processes your data according to the Data Protection Act 2018 (or the GDPR for clients based in the EEA). The effect of both pieces of legislation is very similar.

When you sign up to view the webinar you consent to receive e-mails from Learn Great Management Ltd. We provide these for purposes of information and to promote our services. You can revoke your consent by opting out at any time.

If you sign up to a social media group that we offer, we will process your data to enable you to participate in the group and, as such this is equivalent to our fulfilling out contract with you. We may send you a link to our group(s) but you sign up through your own membership of the platform: we will not share your details with the platform. Your membership of the group will also be subject to the Data Privacy Policy of the social media platform.

When you become a student with Learn Great Management Ltd, we will process your data in order to fulfil our contract with you. This would cover communications such as sending your log-in information, confirming and changing appointments and keeping you informed of coaching schedules or updates to the programme.

We will process your data where we deem that we have a legitimate interest or that it is in your interests, for example when we ask for your feedback so that we can improve our services and products.

We will comply with our legal obligations under UK Law.

We use a third-party system called SWYK Tools to process clients’ personal data including records of engagement with the programme. SWYK Tools links to our Stripe and Zoom accounts. Client data is passed between these services to enable us to provide our services and therefore to fulfil our contract with you. These companies have their own Data Privacy Policies which are compliant with UK and EU law.

We are not part of a group of companies and we do not share client data with any other parties.

Learn Great Management Ltd does not provide services to minors and does not knowingly process the data of anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that children’s data are held in our system, we will delete the relevant records from our live system. If we can confidently identify a responsible adult, we will contact them to inform them of our actions. Back-up copies held by our service providers will be deleted over time and are not generally accessible.

Data of clients who are not based in either the UK or the EEA will be processed according to UK’s Data Protection Act 2018 or successor legislation.

Learn Great Management Ltd is registered as a data controller with the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK.
